Send us a message anytime. We read every email and we do our best to reply quickly (especially when the message is clear and includes details).
If you’re contacting us about a specific filament, it helps a lot if you include:
- Brand + exact filament name
- Material type (PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, etc.)
- Color (yes, it matters sometimes)
- Your printer model
- Nozzle size
- Slicer (Cura, PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer, Bambu Studio, etc.)
- What went wrong (stringing, warping, layer adhesion, clogging, etc.)
- Your current settings (temps, speed, fan, retraction)
Short emails are totally fine. If you want to write a detailed one, even better. The more context you share, the faster we can help or verify the info.
Corrections & Data Requests
If you found a mistake in a spec table, comparison, or guide, please tell us. We actually like being corrected — it makes the site better for everyone.
If possible, include a source link (manufacturer page, datasheet PDF, product listing, or your test notes). We’ll review it and update the page when appropriate.

If you represent a filament brand, store, or 3D printing company and you want to collaborate, feel free to reach out.
We’re open to:

Response Time
We usually reply within a reasonable time. Sometimes it’s fast. Sometimes it takes a little longer (especially during busy weeks or when we’re verifying technical info).
